  • Property details (type, size, bedrooms, capacity)
  • Photos of your property
  • Amenities, accessibility features, and house rules
  • Availability dates
  • Car swap information (if applicable)

  • Your favorite listings
  • IP address (for rate limiting and security)
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and actions taken on our platform

We use Firebase Authentication powered by Google to secure your account. You can sign in using:

Data Storage & Third-Party Services

Database

Your data is stored in Google Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL) hosted in Europe (europe-north1). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Image Storage

Property photos are stored in Google Cloud Storage and delivered via Google Cloud CDN for fast, secure access. Images are automatically optimized (max 1200px width, 85% quality) to improve performance.

Third-Party Services

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and user management
  • Google Cloud Platform: Database, storage, and CDN
  • Google Maps API: Address validation and geocoding
  • Redis Cloud: Rate limiting and security

  • Cloud-CDN-Cookie: Allows secure access to property images. Expires after 1 hour.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • With other users: Your public profile (name, photo) and property listings are visible to all users. Your exact location is protected by a 500m privacy radius.
  • With service providers: Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, and Redis Cloud process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • For legal reasons: If required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
